摘 要:本文针对高职教育开设光伏课程面临设备资金、场地受限的困难,和高职生自身基础底子薄,引入虚拟仿真软件(PSIM:Power Simulation)实施实验教学环节,针对课堂教学知识点——光伏电池的伏安特性(I-V)特性和输出功率(P-V)特性,以及光照强度和温度对特性的影响,使用PSIM搭建光伏电池组件的特性测试电路,并给出了仿真结果,验证了课堂教学内容的正确性和仿真实验教学的可行性。This paper shows that because the solar-photovoltaic curriculum in higher vocational education is often confronted with the limited equipment fund,the limited site,and the vocational students’poor knowledge basis,the simulation by PSIM is introduced into the experimental teaching.Firstly,the solar cells’knowledge from books is laid out,such as the volt-ampere characteristic and the volt-power characteristic of solar cells,and the effect of light intensity and temperature respectively on them.Then,the solar characteristic test circuits modeled by PSIM are used to verify the validity of class teaching and the feasibility of simulation teaching methods.
