数字经济产出对制造业高质量发展的影响研究——基于机器学习

摘　　要：当前,数字经济产出是驱动制造业高质量发展的关键要素。以2012—2022年我国30个省区市为样本,利用灰色关联分析选出与制造业高质量发展高度相关变量进行中介效应检验,借助机器学习算法挖掘数字经济产出与制造业高质量发展间的非线性关系。研究发现:数字经济产出可以推动制造业高质量发展,经稳健性检验后结论仍成立;数字经济产出可以通过提高创新收入水平和人力资本水平,以及降低交易成本,推动制造业高质量发展;数字经济产出发展中期对制造业高质量发展的促进效果最强;数字经济产出对我国长三角地区及中部、东部地区制造业高质量发展的促进作用更显著。Presently,the emergence of the digital economy stands as a pivotal force propelling the advancement of the manufacturing sector towards high-quality development.This study,encompassing data from 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)across China spanning from 2012 to 2022,employs grey relational analysis to identify variables closely linked to the manufacturing industry s high-quality development for subsequent mediation effect assessment.Subsequently,employing machine learning techniques,the study explores the nonlinear relationship between the digital economy s output and the manufacturing industry s high-quality development.Key findings indicate:The digital economy s output can promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,and this conclusion still stands after robustness test.The digital economy s output fosters the manufacturing industry s high-quality development by bolstering innovation-driven income,nurturing human capital,and lowering transaction costs.The intermediate-term promotion impact of digital economy output on the manufacturing industry s high-quality development is the most significant.The promotion effect of the digital economy s output on the manufacturing industry s high-quality development is notably pronounced in the Yangtze River Delta region and the central and eastern regions of China.
