摘 要:为推动自主知识体系建构,破解哲学社会科学学术评价当前面临的困局,引入“生态”概念,提出哲学社会科学学术评价范式从绩效观转向生态观的命题。前者以绩效为导向,注重学术产量、追求效率至上;后者则融入生态学思想,注重构建多元共生、动态平衡的学术生态。两者在评价目的、主体、客体、标准、方法上呈现出较大差异。基于生态方法论和学术评价理论,哲学社会科学学术评价生态观的核心理念指向整体性、适应性、持续性、多样性、差异性、动态平衡性。哲学社会科学学术评价范式从绩效观转向生态观的主要路径包括:助力自主知识体系建构,坚持鼓励原始创新,完善多维度评价模式,健全多阶段评价机制,进而构建本土化、创新性、多元化、动态化导向的学术评价生态。To realize the construction of the independent knowledge system and solve the dilemma of the academic evaluation of philosophy and social sciences,this paper introduces the ecology theory and puts forward the proposition that the paradigm in academic evaluation of philosophy and social sciences should be transformed from the performance view to the ecological view.The performance view is performance-orientated,focusing on academic output and pursuing efficiency above all else,while the ecological view incorporates the idea of ecology,focusing on the construction of academic ecology with multiple symbioses and dynamic balance.And the two views present great differences in the respects of the purpose,subject,object,standards and methods of evaluation.Based on the ecological methodology and the academic evaluation theory,the core concepts of the ecological view of academic evaluation in philosophy and social sciences mainly include integration,adaptability,sustainability,diversity,difference and dynamic balance.The main paths to guiding the paradigm transformation of academic evaluation in philosophy and social sciences from the performance view to the ecological view include:contributing to the construction of the independent knowledge system,persisting in encouraging original innovation,improving the multi-dimensional evaluation mode,and optimizing the multi-phase evaluation mechanism,so as to construct a localization-oriented,innovation-focused,diversity-driven and dynamization-guided academic evaluation ecology.
