摘 要:为解决减速器摩擦钢片制动过程中由于热传导不均发生开裂或变形的问题,基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS创建有限元分析模型,对常规制动工况下的减速器摩擦钢片进行热力学分析。计算结果表明:制动前期摩擦钢片接触压力均匀分布;制动中后期由于摩擦热量传导不均,接触压力分布沿径向呈中径较高、内外径略低状态,周向压力分布均匀,最大压应力在许用压应力范围内。在此基础上,进一步计算摩擦钢片温度场及热应力分布,从计算云图看出,摩擦面径向温度梯度和热应力梯度没有明显变化,温度场及热应力分布均匀,且最大热应力远低于许用热应力。综合分析常规制动工况下的接触压力、温度场及热应力分布状态,结果显示:摩擦钢片不会产生径向裂纹或碟形翘曲变形,满足减速器制动需求。通过摩擦钢片热力学分析,可为电动叉车制动装置的设计与制造工艺改进提供坚实的数据基础。In order to solve the problem of cracking or deformation of the reducer’s friction plate during braking due to uneven heat conduction,a finite element analysis model is created based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and thermodynamic analysis is carried out on the reducer’s friction plate under braking conditions.The calculation results show that the contact pressure of friction plate is uniformly distributed in the early stage of braking,and in the middle and late stages of braking,due to the uneven friction heat transfer,the contact pressure distribution along the radial direction is higher in the middle diameter and slightly lower in the inner and outer diameter,the circumferential pressure distribution is uniform,and the maximum compressive stress is in the range of permissible compressive stress.On this basis,further calculations of temperature field and thermal stress distribution of the friction plate show that the radial temperature gradient and thermal stress gradient of the friction surface do not change significantly,the temperature field and thermal stress distribution is uniform,and the maximum thermal stress is much lower than the permissible thermal stress.Final results can be concluded from comprehensive analysis of the contact pressure,temperature field and thermal stress distribution that no radial cracks or disc warping deformation will be produced on the friction plate under the initial parameters of the braking condition,which meets the braking requirements of the reducer.The thermodynamic analysis of the friction plate provides a solid data base for improving the design and manufacturing process of electric forklift′s braking device.
