摘 要:为克服超长混凝土支撑受混凝土收缩、徐变等影响导致刚度不足的难题,提出将预应力伺服系统融入混凝土支撑体系,形成混凝土支撑伺服系统主动变形控制技术,并依托上海某铁路枢纽深基坑工程开展应用研究。实践表明,设置两道、一道及不设置混凝土支撑伺服系统工况下围护结构最大变形分别为22.51、26.39、37.44 mm,混凝土支撑伺服系统可有效提高混凝土支撑的作用刚度、减小围护结构侧向变形,能够满足邻近铁路站房及地铁站房变形控制要求。该系统首次在涉铁深基坑工程中成功应用,可为类似地区涉铁深基坑设计、施工提供参考。In order to overcome the problem of insufficient stiffness caused by shrinkage and creep of the ultra-long concrete support,the prestressed servo system is proposed to be integrated into the concrete support system to form active deformation control technology of concrete support servo system,and practical research is carried out based on a railway junction deep foundation pit project in Shanghai.Practice shows that the maximum deformation of the retaining wall is 22.51 mm,26.39 mm and 37.44 mm respectively under the conditions of setting two,one and no concrete support servo system.The concrete support servo system can effectively improve the stiffness of concrete support and reduce the lateral deformation of the envelope structure,which can meet the deformation control requirements of railway station and subway station nearby.The system has been successfully applied in the railway involved deep foundation pit project for the first time,which can provide reference for the design and construction of railway involved deep foundation pit in similar areas.
