摘  要:为提高城市中心土地利用率,对运用所上盖并采取大体量综合立体开发是必经趋势。噪声预测评价是上盖开发项目前期需要进行的重要工作之一。以艮山门动车运用所上盖建筑为例,采用实测法和模拟预测法对其噪声状况进行评价。由于该项目上盖开发区域较大,为更好地进行后续评价,将上盖开发区域划分为A~D、F~H和K~J组团。通过实测法了解项目所处区域环境噪声状况,并对主要噪声源进行识别。通过现场监测获取主要噪声源源强等基础数据,结合Canda/A噪声预测软件对拟建建筑进行环境噪声预测评价。In order to improve the utilization rate of urban central land,it is a necessary trend to adopt large-scale comprehensive three-dimensional development on the upper cover of the operation station.Noise prediction and evaluation is one of the important tasks that need to be carried out in the early stage of the upper cover development project.In this article,taking the building on the upper cover of the Genshanmen High-speed Train operation station as an example,the noise status is evaluated using the actual measurement method and simulation prediction method.Due to the large development area on the upper cover of the project,in order to better conduct subsequent evaluations,the upper cover development area will be divided into clusters A~D,F~H,and K~J.The environmental noise status of the project area is understood through the actual measurement approach,and the main noise sources are identified.Basic data such as the intensity of main noise sources are obtained through on-site monitoring,and the environmental noise of the proposed building is predicted and evaluated by combining the Canda/A noise prediction software.
