摘 要:针对夏热冬暖地区住宅建筑,以广州地区为例,从屋面、外墙、外窗等外围护结构模拟分析影响该地区建筑能耗的主要因素。结果表明:对于夏热冬暖地区而言,影响建筑能耗的主要外围护结构因素为外窗的遮阳系数,同时外窗传热系数也对建筑能耗有一定影响;另外,根据模拟计算结果,并综合考虑当地各类因素,提出该地区住宅建筑外围护结构最优构造做法,以期为该地区建筑节能设计提供一定的量化参考资料,以促进实现建筑节能优化目标。In this paper,aiming at residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas,taking Guangzhou as an example,the main factors affecting building energy consumption in this area are simulated and analyzed from the envelope structures such as roof,exterior wall and exterior window.The results show that the main envelope factor affecting the hot summer and warm winter areas is the shading coefficient of the exterior window.At the same time,the heat transfer coefficient of external windows also has a certain impact on building energy consumption.In addition,based on simulation calculation results and comprehensive consideration of various local factors,the optimal construction method for the exterior enclosure structure of residential buildings in this area is proposed,in order to provide quantitative reference materials for energy-saving design of buildings in the region and promote the achievement of building energy-saving optimization goals.
