摘 要:上海铁路枢纽浦西地区西南向客流需求旺盛,沪杭廊道既有沪杭高铁及沪昆铁路,即使与在建沪苏湖铁路协作,亦无法满足通道旺盛的客运需求。研究利用既有沪昆、金山铁路、在建沪苏湖-湖杭、沪乍杭铁路组合分流方案,或新建沪杭城际沪嘉段方案,解决既有通道能力饱和问题,从各线能力适应性、工程投资、旅客便利性及经济效益等方面,统筹分析并推荐尽快建设沪杭城际松江南至嘉兴南段方案,以解决上海铁路枢纽浦西地区西南向客运能力缺口问题。The Puxi area of the Shanghai Railway Terminal has strong demand for southwest passenger traffic.The Shanghai-Hangzhou corridor includes the existing Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Railway and the Shanghai-Kunming Railway.Even in collaboration with the under construction Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway,it can not meet the strong passenger demand for the corridor.This paper studies the use of the existing Shanghai-Kunming Railway,Shanghai Jinshan Line,under construction Shanghai-Suzhou-Hangzhou High-speed Railway,Huzhou-Hangzhou Railway,Shanghai-Zhapu-Hangzhou Railway combination diversion scheme,or the new-built Shanghai-Hangzhou Intercity Shanghai-Jiaxing section scheme to address the issue of existing corridor capacity saturation.And then,it comprehensively analyzes and recommends the construction of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Intercity Songjiang South-Jiaxing South section as soon as possible from the aspects of adaptability of various railway lines,project investment,passenger convenience and economic benefits,so as to solve the problem of the passenger capacity and gap in the southwest of Puxi,the Shanghai railway terminal.
