摘  要:近年来,传统钢筋加工设备逐渐被智能加工设备所替代,尤其在装配式预制构件厂,智能钢筋加工设备得到普遍应用。但钢筋加工仍需依据下料单手工录入数据,效率低、易出错。基于此,采用不同BIM软件对装配式建筑钢筋进行深化设计对比分析,提出通过接口程序导出BVBS文件并结合工厂MES系统的方式,实现BIM钢筋数据与智能加工设备之间的传递,不仅充分利用模型信息,而且规避了人工录入加工数据所带来的效率低下且易出错的问题。通过实际工程应用,证明该技术能够实现装配式预制构件钢筋自动加工,提高钢筋生产效率。In recent years,the intelligent processing equipment has been gradually substituted for the traditional steel bar processing equipment.Especially,in the prefabricated components factory,the intelligent steel bar processing equipment has been widely employed.However,the steel bar processing still needs to manually input the data according to the cutting requisition,leading to the low efficiency and some mistakes.Based on this,different BIM software were used to conduct a comparative analysis of the detailed design of prefabricated building steel bars.The information transmission between the BIM-based steel bar data and the intelligent processing equipment was realized by combining the BVBS file exported through the interface program with the factory MES system,which not only made full use of the model information but also left out the troubles of low efficiency and easy errors caused by manual input of processing data.It was proved that the automatic processing of the prefabricated steel bars can be completed through the application of the practical engineering.Consequently,the production efficiency of the steel bars can be largely enhanced.
