摘 要:国内早期铺设的钢弹簧浮置板道床采用现浇形式,扣件直埋于道床内。随着轨道交通线路服役时间增长,因各种因素导致的现浇浮置板道床结构病害逐渐显现。如何在短期内甚至在不中断运营条件下,对浮置板道床结构进行维修改造并确保运营安全,是迫切需要解决的难题。本文从既有钢弹簧浮置板道床结构现状、病害机理、改造方案、实施效果等方面对钢弹簧浮置板道床改造技术进行全方位阐述。相关研究成果已在示范工程中得到应用并取得了较好效果,可为全国轨道交通类似轨道改造工程提供借鉴。Early laid steel-spring floating-slab track bed adopts cast-in-place method form,and the fasteners are buried directly in the track bed.With the increase of service time of rail transit lines,structural diseases of cast-in-place floating-slab track bed caused by various factors have gradually emerged.How to repair and remodel the floating-slab track bed structure in a short period of time without interrupting the operation conditions and ensure the operation safety is a difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article comprehensively elaborates on the transformation technology of the steel-spring floating-slab track bed from the current structural condition,disease mechanism,transformation plan,implementation effect and other aspects of the existing steel-spring floating-slab track bed.The related research results have been applied in the demonstration project and achieved good results,which can provide reference for similar track reconstruction projects of national rail transit.
