摘 要:2023年12月某日晚,在某地铁线路上行区间的站间,两辆列车发生追尾,调查认定是一起生产安全责任事故。此次事故既反映出轨道交通运行中的潜在风险及其安全防护的复杂性,也揭示了极端天气条件影响下轨道交通安全运行面临的挑战。本文介绍该线追尾事故的基本情况,依据北京市应急管理局发布的分析报告,梳理事故发生、发展过程及关键事件,总结事故原因和共性问题,并结合国内轨道交通实际情况和建设新型系统的需要,提出应从此次事故中汲取的经验教训和改进建议。On the evening of December 2023,two trains rear-end collided[1]between stations in the ascending section of a certain railway line,and the investigation determined that it was a production safety accident.The accident not only reflects the potential risks in rail transit operation and the complexity of safety protection,but also reveals the challenges faced by rail transit safety operation under the influence of extreme weather.In the article,the basic situation of the rear-end collision accident on the line is introduced.Based on the analysis report issued by Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau,the occurrence,development process and key events of the accident are sorted out,the causes and common problems of the accident are summarized,and combined with the actual situation of domestic rail transit and the need for the construction of a new type of system,the lessons,experiences and improvement suggestions to be learned from the accident are proposed.
