摘 要:随着隧道工程技术快速发展,出现诸多用途的隧道设施。消防水池作为隧道内防止火灾危害的重要建筑物,其施工质量尤为重要,通常隧道底板作为消防水池底板,洞室衬砌、端墙和隔墙作为侧壁。但消防水池作为储水结构,对防水有很高要求,需在施工时同时浇筑底板、侧壁,以保证消防水池结构的一体性。但在施工时,由于受空间限制现有施工工艺无法实现一次性浇筑。研究一种支撑体系架体,通过两次搭设脚手架,在底板钢筋上搭设横向支撑,实现一次性浇筑消防水池,成功解决了消防水池施工安全、质量、工期、环保、成本等一系列难题。经大量工程实践证明,已形成的施工工艺日趋成熟和完善,对于保障隧道洞室内消防水池质量稳定与控制具有显著效果,可为后续同类型隧道消防水池施工提供参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of tunnel engineering technology,multi-purpose tunnel facilities have appeared.The fire pool,as an important building to prevent fire hazards in the tunnel,its construction quality is particularly important,usually the tunnel floor is served as fire pool floor,and the tunnel lining,end wall and partition wall are used as side walls.However,as a water storage structure,the fire pool has high requirements for waterproof.It is necessary to pour the floor and side walls simultaneously during construction to ensure the integrity of the fire pool structure.But in construction,due to the limitation of space,existing construction technology cannot achieve one-time pouring.By setting up scaffolding twice,building transverse supports on the floor reinforcement,a support system frame was researched to realize one-time pouring fire pool,which successfully solved the construction safety,quality,duration,environmental protection,cost and a series of problems of the fire pool.Through extensive engineering practice,it has been proven that the construction technology that has been formed is becoming increasingly mature and perfect,which has a significant effect on ensuring the stability and control of the quality of the tunnel indoor fire pool.This can provide reference and inspiration for the construction of fire pool in similar tunnels in the future.
