摘  要:邻近地铁线路的建筑会受到列车行驶振动和噪声影响,其破坏公共环境,降低居民生活品质,甚至危害人体健康。本文深入探讨地铁运行振动传播机理,提出车致振动源表现呈流动状态和间歇特征。车致振动对邻近建筑的影响和建筑物高度、结构体系等相关;车致振动工况下结构竖向振动响应明显大于水平向振动响应。减振控制方面,对各种道床进行对比测试,结果表明,浮置板道床减振效果明显;振动传播途径控制方面,根据相关理论研究和工程实践,提出相应控制措施;建筑结构减隔振与降噪措施方面,阐述分析橡胶或碟形弹簧隔振支座和TMD减振效果及作用。Buildings near metro lines are affected by train vibrations and noise,which can damage the public environment,reduce the quality of life for residents,and even endanger human health.This article delves into the propagation mechanism of metro operation vibration and states that the vibration source caused by the train exhibits a flowing and intermittent state.The impact of vehicle induced vibration on adjacent buildings is related to the height and structural system of the buildings;the vertical vibration response of the structure under vehicle induced vibration conditions is significantly greater than the horizontal vibration response.In terms of vibration reduction control at the vibration source,comparative tests were conducted on various trackbeds through experimental research,and the results showed that the vibration reduction effect of floating slab trackbeds was significant.In terms of controlling the propagation path of vibration,corresponding control measures have been proposed based on relevant theoretical research and engineering practice.In the aspect of vibration isolation and noise reduction measures of building structure,the vibration reduction effects and roles of rubber or disc spring vibration isolation supports and TMD are elaborated.
