零价铁强化微生物异化铁还原合成蓝铁石的磷回收研究

摘  要:近年来,蓝铁石结晶法在污水磷污染控制和磷资源回收领域备受关注.提高蓝铁石磷回收率,对拓展蓝铁石结晶法磷回收技术在污水处理中的应用潜力至关重要.在以四方纤铁矿为电子受体、混菌微生物为接种源的厌氧磷回收体系中,投加零价铁最多可使蓝铁石回收量比不添加零价铁的对照组高190%,蓝铁石回收率达到29%.以具有代表性的异化铁还原菌模式株Geobacter sulfurreducens PCA为接种源,发现零价铁可以显著提高蓝铁石回收的速率和效率,纯菌培养的异化铁还原菌的磷回收率达到了80%,相对于对照组提高了24%.X射线衍射表征显示混菌和纯菌体系下磷回收产物均为蓝铁石,且蓝铁石在显微镜下呈无色透明的菱形板状.本研究探讨了添加零价铁对蓝铁石结晶法磷回收的促进作用,为污水除磷技术提供了新思路和数据支持.Vivianite crystallization method has attracted much attention in the phosphorus removal and recovery technology in recent years.Improving vivianite recovery efficiency is crucial to expand its application potential in wastewater treatment.In the anaerobic iron-phosphorus system inoculated with mix-culture microorganisms from wastewater and fed with akaganeite as electron acceptor,the vivianite yield was increased by 190%after adding zero valent iron(ZVI).Simultaneously,the vivianite recovery efficiency reached 29%.Geobacter sulfurreducens PCA,the typical dissimilatory ironreducing bacteria(DIRB),was inoculated to investigated the enhancement of vivianite recovery performance through dissimilatory iron reduction.Similar to the mixed-culture batches,adding ZVI significantly improve the vivianite recovery rate and efficiency in DIRB inoculated batches.The phosphorus recovery efficiency of ZVI batches with pure-cultured Geobacter reached 80%,which was 24%higher than that of the ZVI absent batches.X-ray diffraction characterization showed that the phosphorus recovery products in both the mixed-culture and the pure-culture batches were vivianite,which exhibited colorless and transparent rhomboid plates under the microscope.This study confirmed the enhancement of ZVI on vivianite recovery,which provides new ideas and data supports for phosphorus recovery from wastewater.
