摘  要:挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)作为PM_(2.5)和O_(3)的重要前体物,在大气化学反应中发挥着重要作用.精细化工行业所排放的VOCs废气成分较为复杂,污染较为严重,是我国六大污染行业之一,是PM_(2.5)和O_(3)协同防控的重点.本研究对7家精细化工企业排放废气进行实地采样,得到精细化工企业排放的TVOC(以非甲烷总烃计)浓度范围为4.64~254.97 mg·m^(-3).设定了研究区域内3类精细化工企业的不同分布情景,使用AERMOD模拟污染源排放削减前后对研究区域内污染物浓度变化的影响,发现中度聚集分布情况下各个污染源经过削减之后,对区域内污染情况改善明显.针对重点发展精细化工产业区县,建议按照中度聚集分布情况,依托现有化工园区形成产业辐射,带动区域形成专业性的细分产业发展集群进行精细化工行业园区化整合.Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)play an important role in atmospheric chemical reactions as important precursors of PM_(2.5)and O_(3).Fine chemical industry emits VOCs exhaust with more complex composition and more serious pollution,which is one of the six major polluting industries in China,and is the focus of PM_(2.5)and O_(3) synergistic prevention and control.In this study,field sampling of the exhaust gases emitted from seven fine chemical enterprises was carried out,and the concentration range of TVOCs(in terms of total non-methane hydrocarbons)emitted from the fine chemical enterprises was 4.64 to 254.97 mg·m^(-3).Different distribution scenarios of fine chemical enterprises in the study area were set,and AERMOD was used to simulate the effects of the reduction of pollutant emissions before and after the reduction of pollutant sources on the changes of pollutant concentrations in the study area,and it was found that the reduction of each pollutant source in the case of medium aggregation and distribution improved the pollution situation in the region significantly.For the key development of fine chemical industry counties,it is recommended that according to the medium aggregation distribution,relying on the existing chemical parks to form industrial radiation,leading the region to form specialized sub-segmented industrial development clusters for the integration of the fine chemical industry.
