摘 要:传统的有机碳源,如葡萄糖和甲醇,因成本较高而限制了工业应用.而香蕉皮富含大量的有机质,碱处理后的香蕉皮能提升碳源的有效释放,增强生物降解性,降低处理成本.本研究探讨了碱处理香蕉皮浸出液作为烟气脱硝系统碳源的效用.研究发现,0.01 mol·L^(-1)碱处理香蕉皮能高效释放碳源(COD为1903 mg·L^(-1)).对使用该碳源的生物滴滤-厌氧挡板反应器(BTF-ABR)系统对NO_(x)的去除效率在不同NO负荷下进行了评估,发现去除率普遍超过75%,并观察到液相中几乎无NO_(3)^(-)-N和NO_(2)^(-)-N积累,碳源特性导致了NH_(4)^(+)-N在系统中的积累.微生物分析表明,香蕉皮浸出液丰富了与碳代谢相关的微生物群落.宏基因组分析显示DNRA与固氮作用是系统中NH_(4)^(+)-N积累的主要原因.这些结果表明碱处理香蕉皮浸出液可作为理想的烟气脱硝替代碳源,为低成本的烟气脱硝提供新思路.Traditional organic carbon sources such as glucose and methanol are limited in industrial applications due to their high costs.Banana peels,rich in organic matter,enhance the release of carbon sources and improve biodegradability when treated with alkali,thus reducing processing costs.This study explores the effectiveness of alkali-treated banana peel leachate as an alternative carbon source in flue gas denitrification systems.We found that treating banana peels with 0.01 mol·L^(-1)alkali solution significantly enhances carbon release,achieving a COD of 1903 mg·L^(-1).The performance of this carbon source was evaluated in a biofilter-anaerobic baffle reactor(BTF-ABR)system under different NO loadings,consistently achieving removal efficiencies exceeding 75%.Notably,there was minimal accumulation of NO_(3)^(-)-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N in the liquid phase,while NH_(4)^(+)-N accumulated due to the characteristics of the carbon source.Microbial analysis revealed that the banana peel leachate enriched microbial communities involved in carbon metabolism.Metagenomic analysis indicated that dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium(DNRA)and nitrogen fixation were primarily responsible for the accumulation of NH_(4)^(+)-N in the system.These findings suggest that alkali-treated banana peel leachate can serve as an effective and low-cost alternative carbon source,providing a new approach to cost-effective flue gas denitrification.
