摘  要:本研究基于酶促荧光法设计了一套环境空气气相过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))在线分析仪,优化了各项仪器参数,实现了对大气H_(2)O_(2)浓度的在线可靠测定,并可长期稳定运行.仪器检出限为40×10^(-12)(V/V,下同),噪声低于满量程的1%,延迟时间为7 min,时间分辨率为5 min,在40×10^(-12)~14.1×10^(-9)的气相H_(2)O_(2)测定范围内,仪器标准曲线R^(2)=0.9999.在北京大学春季3月份观测期间,测定气相H_(2)O_(2)浓度均值为0.16×10^(-9),清洁天中呈下午高、凌晨低的日变化趋势,与O_(3)、j(H_(2)O_(2))基本呈正相关变化,峰值略晚于O_(3)和j(H_(2)O_(2))出现;轻度污染过程中,H_(2)O_(2)与PM_(2.5)呈基本同步的变化趋势.In this study,an online gas-phase hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))analyzer in the ambient air was developed based on enzymatic fluorescence method with instrument parameters optimized.Accurate and stable online measurement of atmospheric H_(2)O_(2) concentration was achieved.The detection limit of the instrument was 40×10^(-12)(V/V),with full scale noise<1%,delay time of 7 minutes and time resolution of 5 minutes.H_(2)O_(2) could be detected with good linearity(R^(2)=0.9999)within the mixing ratio range of 40×10^(-12)(V/V)~14.1×10^(-9)(V/V).During the observation period at Peking University in March,an average H_(2)O_(2) mixing ratio of 0.16×10^(-9)(V/V)was measured by the developed instrument.During clean days,clear diurnal variation of H_(2)O_(2)was observed and positive correlations with O_(3) and j(H_(2)O_(2))were obtained,with the peak appearing slightly later than those of O_(3) and j(H_(2)O_(2))in the afternoon.In a pollution event,H_(2)O_(2) showed a basic synchronous trend with PM_(2.5).
