摘　　要：高等教育质量保障体系是高等学校人才培养质量的重要保障,是高等学校可持续发展的重要保障,也是高等教育改革创新、实现立德树人根本任务的重要保障。新时代,高等教育内外部环境发生了巨大变化,高等教育质量保障体系应该依此进行适应性调整和完善,以满足高校教育教学改革发展需要。构建新体系,实施新策略,实现高等教育高质量发展已经成为时代主题。The quality assurance system for higher education is a crucial safeguard for the quality of talent cultivation in higher education institutions.It is also essential for the sustainable development of these institutions and plays a vital role in the reform,innovation,and fulfillment of the fundamental mission of moral education and personal development in higher education.In the new era,significant changes have occurred both internally and externally within higher education.Therefore,the quality assurance system should be adaptively adjusted and refined to meet the needs of educational and teaching reforms and development in universities.Constructing a new system,implementing new strategies,and achieving high-quality development in higher education have become the themes of our times.
