旧建筑改造中的结构加固技术及其实施效果研究

摘  要:采用碳纤维布外包和钢板加固等技术,对20世纪50年代建筑的砖混结构办公楼进行结构加固改造.通过有限元分析和现场检测,对比加固前后结构性能变化.结果表明,碳纤维布外包可提高构件承载力,钢板加固可增加梁柱节点刚度.改造后,建筑的抗震性能提升,使用寿命延长,这种加固技术为类似旧建筑改造工程提供了参考.This paper adopts carbon fiber cloth outsourcing and steel plate reinforcement technology to strengthen the structure of a brick and concrete structure office in the 1950s.Through finite element analysis and field detection,the structural performance changes before and after reinforcement.The results show that the carbon fiber cloth outsourcing can improve the bearing capacity of components,and the steel plate reinforcement can increase the stiffness of beam and column joints.After the renovation,the seismic performance of the building is improved and the service life is extended,which provides a reference for the renovation project of similar old buildings.
