摘 要:基于蜂窝夹心冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的优势,提出了一种内置蜂窝芯-钢管暗柱冷弯型钢组合墙体,实现了框架柱与墙体的一体化设计。为了研究该组合墙体的抗剪性能,采用ABAQUS软件建立了组合墙体的有限元模型,并分析了两端暗柱对组合墙体破坏模式和受力机理的影响;通过改变内置蜂窝芯与钢管暗柱的连接方式、自攻螺钉布置和暗柱与边立柱壁厚比等参数进行了墙体抗剪性能的变参数分析。研究结果表明:两端增设钢管暗柱可以更好地发挥蜂窝芯的抗剪作用,抗剪承载力提升了22.50%;通过加强内置蜂窝芯与暗柱的连接可以有效提高墙体的抗剪承载力和刚度,且在墙体宽度方向上进行连接整体效果最佳;加密导轨处的螺钉可以有效提高墙体的抗剪性能;在一定范围内降低暗柱与边立柱壁厚比可以改善墙体延性,但对抗剪承载力影响不大。此外,采用“等安全系数”原理,初步确定多遇地震作用下墙体的抗剪承载力设计值。Based on the advantages of honeycomb sandwich cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall,a kind of cold-formed steel tube hidden column composite wall with built-in honeycomb sandwich was proposed in this paper,which realized the integrated design of frame column and wall.In order to study the shear performance of composite wall,the finite element analysis model of the composite wall was established by ABAQUS software,and the influence of hidden columns at both ends on failure mode and force mechanism of the composite wall was analyzed.The shear performance of the wall was analyzed by changing the connection mode between built-in honeycomb sandwich and steel tube hidden column,the arrangement of self-tapping screws,and the wall thickness ratio of steel tube hidden column to side column.The results show that shear function of honeycomb sandwich can be better played and its shear bearing capacity can be increased by 22.50%through adding steel tube hidden columns.The shear bearing capacity and stiffness of the wall can be effectively improved by strengthening the connection between built-in honeycomb sandwich and hidden column,and the overall effect is best when the connection is in the width direction of the wall.The shear performance of the wall can be effectively improved by making screw dense at tracks.The ductility of the wall can be improved by reducing wall thickness ratio of steel tube hidden column to side column within a certain range,but the effect on shear capacity is little.In addition,based on the principle of“equivalent safety coefficient”,the shear capacity design values of walls were suggested initially under frequently occurred horizontal earthquake actions.
