摘 要:为研究活动屋盖运动时的动力作用对固定屋盖的影响,并进一步探究不同工况、屋盖运动特性以及活动屋盖与固定屋盖间接触的光滑度对固定屋盖的影响,分别在瞬态分析和静力分析中采用移动质量法对活动屋盖的闭合进行了全过程模拟,对比了两种分析方法的计算结果,并对瞬态分析模型中的4种参数(活动屋盖质量M、台车启动加速度a和最大运行速度v、台车-轨道间的摩擦系数μ)进行了分析。结果表明:活动屋盖对固定屋盖的动力作用使固定屋盖的跨中竖向位移至少增加了2.0 mm;活动屋盖启动瞬间会引起固定屋盖产生一定的晃动,且晃动幅值会随着参数M、a和μ的增大而增大;上述4种参数会显著增强固定屋盖的振动响应,其中参数v对振动响应的影响最为显著,其次是参数M。因此在运行过程中,台车启动后应一次运动到位,避免多次启动,且启动加速度和最大运行速度不宜过大;应避免在积雪情况下开启和闭合活动屋盖,须保持台车与轨道间的光滑度。To investigate the dynamic effect of moving roof on fixed roofs and the influence of different working conditions,roof motion characteristics,and the smoothness of contact between movable and fixed roofs on fixed roofs,this paper conducted a full-process simulation of the closure of movable roof with the moving mass method in both transient analysis and static analysis.The calculation results of the two analysis methods were compared,and four parameters,namely the mass of the movable roof(M),the starting acceleration(a),the maximum moving speed(v),and the friction coefficient(μ)between the trolley and the track,were analyzed in the transient analysis model.Results indicate that the dynamic influence of the movable roof on the fixed roof causes a minimum increase of 2.0 mm in vertical displacement.The commencement of the movable roof's movement induces a certain level of shaking in the fixed roof,and the amplitude of the shaking escalates with increased values of parameters M,a andμ.The above four parameters noticeably amplify the vibrational response of the fixed roof,with parameter v exerting the most substantial impact,followed by parameter M.Consequently,during operation,it is imperative for the trolley to move in place one time after initiation,while minimizing multiple starts.The starting acceleration and maximum operation speed ought to be controlled within reasonable limits.The opening and closing of the movable roof must be avoided in snowy conditions,and measures should be taken to maintain smoothness between the trolley and the track.
