摘　　要：随着全球气候逐渐变暖,极端天气下的负荷日益增加,造成城市电网保供难度大。为解决极端天气下城市电网保供中存在的局部阻塞缓解效果不佳、电压越限问题,提出了一种基于时序灵敏度矩阵的城市电网保供方法。首先,采用局部离群因子检测城市电网异常数据,并采用线性插值法进行修复;其次,建立城市电网线路负载率、节点切负荷率、线损、电压影响之间的时序灵敏度矩阵,综合评估了节点接入功率对城市电网的影响,在此基础上,通过贪心算法迭代求解城市电网的最优配置求解,并进行保电控制。最后,在某城市的示范区进行了验证,其城市电网保供配置准确率为98.7%。所提方法能有效提升城市配网配置准确率,缓解城市保供中存在的局部阻塞和电压越限问题。As the global climate gradually warms up, the load under extreme weather is onthe rise, making it difficult for urban power grids to maintain supply. To address the issuesof poor relief of local blockages and voltage exceeding limits in extreme weather conditions, atime series sensitivity matrix-based urban power grid supply guarantee method is proposed.Firstly, local outlier factors are employed to detect abnormal data in urban power grids andthe linear interpolation method is utilized for repair. Secondly, a temporal sensitivity matrixis established among the load rate of urban power grid lines, node load shedding rate, lineloss, and voltage impact. The impact of node access power on the urban power grid iscomprehensively evaluated. Based on this, the optimal configuration of the urban power gridis solved through greedy algorithm iteration, and power protection control is implemented.Finally, verification is conducted in a demonstration area of a certain city. The accuracy rateof the urban power grid supply guarantee configuration is 98.7%. The proposed method caneffectively improve the accuracy of urban distribution network configuration and alleviate theproblems of local blocking and voltage exceeding limits in urban supply guarantee.
