摘　　要：目的:探讨基于专利信息的江西省中医药产业的发展策略,为江西省中医药产业技术创新和健康发展提供理论支持。方法:通过智慧芽(PatSnap)全球专利数据库筛选江西省中医药产业相关专利,运用专利分析法对有效信息进行分析挖掘。结果:获得了江西省中医药产业的专利申请现状、申请趋势、主要申请人、专利合作情况、创新链技术分布、PCT国际专利布局等信息资源。结论:近年来,江西省中医药产业专利申请量和授权量均快速增长,但存在高价值专利少、高校和企业产学研合作规模小、PCT国际专利布局处于起步阶段等不足,创新链聚焦于中药饮片和中成药产业,热敏灸、中药功能食品、中药材栽培与种植、中药日化产品等产业在关键核心技术的攻关上还需发力。从当前产业发展现状和专利保护情况来看,加大中医药特色健康产品的研究开发和专利布局力度有利于推动江西省中医药产业迅速做大做强。Objective:This study aims to examine the development strategies for the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry in Jiangxi province by analyzing patent information,thereby providing theoretical support for technological innovation and sustainable growth.Method:The research utilizes the PatSnap global patent database to identify patents relevant to Jiangxi province’s TCM sector and employs patent analysis methodologies to extract and analyze pertinent data.Results:Comprehensive data were obtained on the status of patent applications,trends,principal applicants,patent collaboration,innovation chain technology distribution,and PCT international patent strategies within the TCM sector in Jiangxi province.Conclusion:The number of patent applications and authorizations in Jiangxi province’s TCM industry has significantly increased in recent years.However,challenges remain,such as a lack of high-value patents,limited academic-industry collaboration,and underdeveloped PCT international patent strategies.The innovation chain is primarily focused on the sectors of TCM preparations and decoctions,necessitating further advancements incritical technologies for heat-sensitive moxibustion,medicinal food products,the cultivation ofmedicinal plants,and TCM-based consumer goods.Considering the prevailing industriallandscape and patent protection mechanisms,enhancing research and development of uniquehealth products and strategic patent positioning is crucial for accelerating the growth andconsolidation of Jiangxi province’s TCM industry.
