摘 要:基于MATLAB/Simulink软件完成发动机、单钢轮振动压路机行走、振动液压系统的建模,分析并建立了对应的行驶、振动轮动力学模型。为方便测试工程师模拟驾驶过程,根据控制策略中的IO和报文搭建操作交互界面,通过MATLAB/Simscape实现3D动作演示。根据实车信息进行了模型参数设计与匹配,在此基础上测试了液压行走、发动机转速设定、自起振等基本功能。仿真结果表明,本文建立的MIL测试环境可以较好地仿真验证单钢轮振动压路机控制策略。Based on MATLAB/Simulink software,an engine system and the moving and vibrating hydraulic system for a single steel wheel vibratory roller are completed.In addition,the corresponding dynamic model of the moving and vibrating wheel is analyzed and established.In order to facilitate test engineers to simulate the driving process,an interactive interface is built according to IO and CAN messages from the control strategy.At the same time,the roller's 3D action demonstration is realized by MATLAB/Simscape.Model parameters are designed and matched according to the information of the real vehicle.So the basic functions such as hydraulic walking,engine speed setting and self-starting vibration are tested on this basis.The simulation results show that the MIL test environment established in this paper can simulate and verify the control strategy of single steel wheel vibratory roller.
