摘 要:随着科技的不断进步,内燃机作为动力源在诸多领域仍占据重要地位。连杆作为内燃机的关键部件之一,因此,对连杆进行精确的数值模拟分析至关重要。本课题首先建立了内燃机连杆的三维模型,并基于实际工况对模型进行了边界条件和载荷的设定。通过采用先进的有限元分析软件,模拟了连杆在多种不同工作条件下的应力、应变分布规律,并给出优化建议,这些研究成果对于提升内燃机的可靠性和经济性具有重要意义。With the continuous progress of science and technology,the internal combustion engine still occupies an important position as a power source in many fields.The connecting rod is one of the key components of the internal combustion engine,so it is crucial to analyze the connecting rod by accurate numerical simulation.In this project,a three-dimensional model of the connecting rod of an internal combustion engine is firstly established,and the boundary conditions and loads are set for the model based on the actual working conditions.By using advanced finite element analysis software,the stress and strain distribution laws of the connecting rod under many different operating conditions are simulated.And optimization suggestions are given.These research results are of great significance for improving the reliability and economy of internal combustion engines.
