摘  要:针对压载水滤器目前出现的清洗不彻底情况,从压载水滤器吸嘴对清污效果角度出发,分析不同吸嘴内部通径大小和吸嘴锥形结构型式对内部流场影响,并采用Fluent分析方法得到吸嘴不同结构形式压力场分布,发现A型吸嘴压力场分布较好压力损失较小,其他型式的压力损失较大。同时根据分析结果,优化结构得到在在A型吸嘴前后压差损失将至为0。并通过试验验证,试验结果与仿真分析结果基本一致,为后续压载水滤器在有效清污方面提供有效的吸嘴数据支撑。In view of the incomplete cleaning of the ballast water filter,from the perspective of the cleaning effect of the ballast water filter suction nozzle,the influence of the internal diameter of different suction nozzles and the conical structure of the suction nozzle on the internal flow field is analyzed.The pressure field distribution of different structural forms of the suction nozzle is obtained by Fluent analysis method.It is found that the pressure field distribution of the A-type suction nozzle is better and the pressure loss is smaller,and the pressure loss of other types is larger.At the same time,according to the analysis results,the optimized structure is obtained,and the pressure difference loss before and after the A-type suction nozzle will be 0.Through experimental verification,the experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation analysis results,which provides effective suction nozzle data support for the subsequent ballast water filter in effective cleaning.
