摘　　要：汽车仪表台的生产是繁琐而又复杂的过程,随着科学技术的不断发展和消费者对产品要求的不断提高,大部分汽车仪表台采用软性材料。根据加工工艺和产品要求的不同,仪表台表面加工方式大致分为真空成型和粉末成型两种。本文主要讲述仪表台表面粉末搪塑成型工艺中,粉末原料由原来的人工添加方式,改变为机器人自动添加,自动化程度得到提高,以利于其更好地为生产服务。The production of automobile instrument panels is a tedious and complex process.With the continuous development of science and technology and the increasing demand of consumers for products,most automobile instrument panels use soft materials.According to different processing techniques and product requirements,the surface processing methods of instrument panels can be roughly divided into two types:vacuum forming and powder forming.This article mainly discusses the process of powder coating molding on the surface of instrument panels.The powder raw materials have been changed from manual addition to automatic addition by robots,and the degree of automation has been improved to better serve production.
