摘 要:根据生产工艺需求在底盘合装转组装输送线安装轮胎,安装轮胎后的成品车身可能会出现轮胎与成品车身不平行的问题,这会影响成品车身是否能成功转接到组装线下件。本文根据线体实际情况在底盘合装转组装下件升降机前一工位增加了轮胎检测工位,主要用于检测、校正安装好后的轮胎与成品车身倾斜角度,在检测和校正的同时还不影响线体的生产节拍。According to the requirements of the production process,the tire is installed in the chassis assembly transfer line.After the tire is installed,the finished body may have the problem that the tire is not parallel with the finished body,which will affect whether the finished body can be successfully transferred to the assembly line.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the line body,a tire detection station is added in the first station before the chassis assembly and assembly of the lower part elevator,which is mainly used to detect and correct the tilt Angle between the installed tire and the finished body,and does not affect the production rhythm of the line body while detecting and correcting.
