摘  要:夹具已经被普遍地运用到了多个领域,从焊接、装配,到机械加工中所用的各式装夹工具,它们均可被称为夹具。其中,机床夹具可以帮助人们精准地将物体安装到指定的位置,从而保障装夹准确度和安全可靠性,从而适应不同的工作要求。对于薄壁衬套类零件的加工而言,机床夹具无疑是至关重要的设备,其质量、性能、使用寿命以及价格都会对最终的零件产品质量有重大的影响。薄壁衬套零件加工时普遍存在容易变形的问题,对于针对这一领域存在的挑战,应该采取有效的措施来改善其加工刚性,减小工件变形,保证加工精度,以达到最优的加工效果。Fixture has been widely used in many fields,from welding,assembly,to the various clamping tools used in machining,they can be called fixtures.Among them,the machine tool fixture can help people accurately install the object to the specified position,so as to ensure the accuracy and safety and reliability of the clamping,so as to adapt to different work requirements.For the processing of thin-wall bushing parts,the machine tool fixture is undoubtedly a crucial equipment,and its quality,performance,service life and price will have a significant impact on the quality of the final part product.The problem of easy deformation is common in the processing of thin-wall bushing parts.For the challenges existing in this field,we should take effective measures to improve the processing rigidity,reduce the deformation of the workpiece,and ensure the processing accuracy to achieve the best processing effect.
