摘  要:随着新能源汽车的快速推广,其电气系统作为“神经中枢”的可靠性和健康状态对车辆高效安全运行至关重要。本文重点研究了新能源汽车电气系统故障诊断与预防维护策略,概述了新能源汽车电气系统,阐述了开展相关研究的重要意义。然后分析了驱动电机、高压电池等关键部件常见的故障类型,详细论述了新能源汽车电气系统常见故障及诊断方法及预防维护策略,并指明了其未来发展方向。本文为提高新能源汽车电气系统健康管理水平、确保其高效安全运行奠定了理论和技术基础,对于促进汽车产业智能化绿色转型具有重要价值。With the rapid promotion of new energy vehicles,the reliability and health status of their electrical systems as the"nerve center"are crucial for the efficient and safe operation of vehicles.This article focuses on the fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance strategies of the electrical system of new energy vehicles,outlines the electrical system of new energy vehicles,and elaborates on the important significance of conducting related research.Then,the common types of faults in key components such as drive motors and high-voltage batteries were analyzed,and the common faults,diagnostic methods,and preventive maintenance strategies of the electrical system of new energy vehicles were discussed in detail.The future development direction was also pointed out.This article lays a theoretical and technical foundation for improving the health management level of new energy vehicle electrical systems and ensuring their efficient and safe operation,which is of great value for promoting the intelligent and green transformation of the automotive industry.
