摘 要:船舶内燃机低碳战略持续推行,船用活塞环作为最重要的摩擦副部件之一,发展抗磨减摩技术尤为关键。本文梳理了船用低速机活塞环的主要布置方式、截面形状及外圆面形状分类,讨论了基材、加工工艺以及表面织构技术在低速机活塞环中的应用,总结了现有船舶低速内燃机活塞环的制造技术的及其研究热点,为船用低速内燃机活塞环的制造提供参考。The low-carbon strategy of marine intenal combustion engines is continuously carrying on.As one of the most important friction pair components,the development of anti-wear and friction-reduction technology is especially important.In this paper,the mainly arrangement,cross section and outside cylindrical surface of low speed marine ICEs piston rings were categorized.In addition,the application of base material,processing technology and surface texture in low speed engine piston rings were discussed.In the end,the nowadays manufacturing technologies of low speed engine piston rings were summarized,which provide useful reference to the manufacture of low speed marine piston rings.
