摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字化转型已经成为企业转型升级、提升竞争力的关键路径。航空业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,其数字化转型的步伐亦在加快。数字化转型不仅深刻改变了航空公司的运营模式和服务方式,也对传统的管理机制提出了新的挑战和机遇。论文基于数字化转型的背景,对航空公司管理创新机制进行深入研究,旨在揭示数字化转型对航空公司管理创新的影响,并探讨如何构建适应数字化转型要求的管理创新机制。论文的研究不仅丰富了数字化转型与管理创新的理论体系,也为航空公司的数字化转型和管理创新提供了实践指导,具有重要的理论和实践价值。With the rapid development of information technology,digital transformation has become a critical path for enterprise transformation and upgrading,enhancing competitiveness.The aviation industry,as an integral part of the modern service sector,is also accelerating its pace of digital transformation.This transformation not only profoundly changes the operational mode and service delivery of airlines but also presents new challenges and opportunities for traditional management mechanisms.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the innovative management mechanisms of airlines in the context of digital transformation,aiming to reveal the impact of digital transformation on management innovation in the aviation industry and explore how to construct management innovation mechanisms that adapt to the requirements of digital transformation.The research not only enriches the theoretical framework of digital transformation and management innovation but also provides practical guidance for the digital transformation and management innovation of airlines,thus possessing significant theoretical and practical value.
