摘　　要：学术期刊是科学研究最新成果的发布阵地与传播平台。学术期刊编辑素养的提升,对学术期刊质量的提升至关重要。学术期刊必须高度重视并着力加强对编辑人员素养与能力的提升。文章通过分析学术期刊对编辑的能力要求,探讨了学者型编辑的培养路径。认为学者型编辑的培养和打造不是一蹴而就的,需要构建编辑参与学术研究的激励机制;鼓励编辑“走出去”,拓展编辑参与学术研究的路径;加强对编辑人员参与学术研究的引导;树立编辑职业的自豪感与使命感;提高编辑运用新媒体融合技术的能力。Academic journals are the publishing battleground and platform for the latest research achievements of scientific research.The editorial competence,which is the core competitiveness of academic journals,is crucial to the enhancement of the quality of journal.Academic journals must place great emphasis on and strive to enhance the professionalism and capabilities of their editorial staff.This article analyzes the required capabilities of editors in academic journals and explores the path to cultivating scholarly editors.It argues that the cultivation and creation of scholarly editors is not a one-time event,and while an incentive mechanism should be established to encourage editors to participate in academic research.Editors should also be encouraged to expand the path for their participation in academic research.The editorial staff should be guided in their participation in academic research.Editorial profession should be imbued with a sense of pride and mission.The ability of editors to use new media convergence technologies should be enhanced.
