摘 要:降水作为内陆干旱地区植被重要的水分来源,在调节中间锦鸡儿(Caragana liouana)叶功能性状与生长发育中发挥关键作用。本研究以不同林龄中间锦鸡儿为研究对象,分析不同林龄中间锦鸡儿叶功能性状差异及其对年际降水量变化的响应机制,旨在揭示其对荒漠区干旱环境的适应策略。结果表明:不同林龄中间锦鸡儿叶片种内变异程度大;PCA分析结果显示叶长、叶宽、叶鲜重,叶干重与叶面积是叶片功能性状的主要指标,表明中间锦鸡儿通过调节多个叶功能性状之间的关系以适应环境变化;降水量对2005年、1975年与1987年种植的中间锦鸡儿生长速率影响显著,对1996年的生长速率影响不大。综上所述,不同林龄中间锦鸡儿叶片通过多功能性状组合变异对年际降水量变化进行响应,以较好地适应干旱区环境。Precipitation,as an important source of water for vegetation in arid region,plays an important role in regulating leaf functional characteristics,growth and development of communities of Caragana liouana.To reveal the adaptive strategies employed by C.liouana to thrive in the arid environment of the desert area,we investigated the variation characteristics of leaf functional traits of C.liouana and analyzed its response mechanism to inter-annual precipitation changes in different plantations of Yanchi,Ningxia in this study.The results showed that:(1)The degree of intraspecific variation in the leaf blades of C.liouana of different ages of stand was high.(2)PCA analysis showed that leaf length(LL),leaf width(LW),leaf fresh weight(LFW),leaf dry weight(LDW)and leaf area(LA)were the main indicators of leaf functional traits,and showed a significant positive correlation(P<0.01),suggesting that the C.liouana plantations could adapt to the environmental changes by regulating the functional combination relationship between of multiple leaf functional traits(3)Along with the changes of precipitation,the growth rate variations of 2005,1975 and 1987 varied significantly,but not in 1996.In summary,the results showed that the leaf functional traits of C.liouana in different plantatons could respond to the inter-annual changes of precipitation through multi-functional traits variation and combinations,which made it better to adapt to the environment of the arid zone.
