校企协同育人背景下高校“双螺旋”人才培养模式探究

摘  要:在新时代下,高校发展的核心是人才的培养,其关键便在于校企协同育人。随着时代的发展与进步,传统的人才培养模式已很难回应校企协同育人的时代要求,存在办学活力不足、积极性不高等问题。为探究人才培养模式的影响因素与动力,建立以校企协同育人为轴心点,以政府、企业为外螺旋,以知识、技能为内螺旋的“双螺旋”育人模式,能够有效改革高校的人才培养模式,提升人才质量。In the new era,the core of the development of universities is the cultivation of talents,and the key lies in the collaborative education between universitys and enterprises.With the development and progress of the times,the traditional talent cultivation model has become difficult to respond to the requirements of the era of collaborative education between schools and enterprises,and there are problems such as insufficient vitality and low enthusiasm in running schools.To explore the influencing factors and driving forces of talent cultivation models,a"double helix"education model with collaborative education between universitys and enterprises as the pivot point,government and enterprises as the outer spiral,and knowledge and skills as the inner spiral can be established.This can effectively reform the talent cultivation model of universities and improve the quality of talents.
