音乐院校打击乐专业“五金”建设方略研究

摘　　要：在音乐艺术大家族中,相较于键盘乐、管乐和弦乐而言,打击乐相对小众。自20世纪60年代起,中国先后有多所音乐院校将打击乐设置为独立专业。经过不断发展,目前打击乐专业已涵盖民族打击乐、西洋打击乐、流行打击乐等多个方向,先后培养出一大批优秀的打击乐人才。可以说,音乐院校是当之无愧的中国打击乐人才培养主阵地。如何在高等教育全面和深度改革中找到自身方向,成为其今后发展的关键所在。对此应正视当下学生综合素质不足、实践能力缺失、专业就业率低等一系列问题,需要树立起“五金”全新发展目标,即“金专业、金课程、金师资、金教材和金基地”,以教学关键要素“小切口”全面推动专业的“大改革”,带动新时期音乐院校打击乐专业迈上新台阶。In the music and art family,percussion music is relatively niche compared to keyboard music,orchestral music,and string music.Since the 1960s,several music schools in China have established percussion as an independent major.Through continuous development,the percussion profession now covers multiple directions such as ethnic percussion,Western percussion,and popular percussion,and has cultivated a large number of outstanding percussion talents.It can be said that music schools are undoubtedly the main battlefield for cultivating Chinese percussion talents.How to find its own direction in the comprehensive and in-depth reform of higher education has become the key to its future development.We should face up to a series of problems such as insufficient comprehensive quality of students,lack of practical ability,and low professional employment rate.It is necessary to establish a new development goal of"hardware",namely"gold majors,gold courses,gold teachers,gold textbooks,and gold bases",and comprehensively promote the"big reform"of the profession with the key teaching elements of"small cuts",driving the percussion major of music colleges and universities to a new level in the new era.
