摘 要:表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)控制系统的正常运行需要准确获取转子相位,常用的增量式编码器在系统初始化时无法准确获取转子的初始相位。为了解决这个问题,传统方法通过施加一个已知大小和方向的电流矢量来定位转子,但在定位过程中可能发生不同程度的地反转。为了避免转子误动,本文利用高频信号注入法实现对转子初始相位的检测。实验结果表明,该方法能够在空载条件下准确检测出SPMSM的转子初始相位。The normal operation of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)control system requires accurate acquisition of rotor phase,and commonly used incremental encoders cannot accurately obtain the initial phase of the rotor during system initialization.To solve this problem,traditional methods locate the rotor by applying a current vector of known magnitude and direction,butdifferent degrees of reversal may occur during the positioning process.In order to avoid rotor misperat-ion,this paper proposes to use high-frequency signal injection method to detect the initial phase of the rotor.The experimental results show that this method can accurately detect the initial phase of the SPMSM rotor under no-load conditions.
