摘 要:针对某批次失效针阀偶件,采用宏观检测分析、SEM分析及EDS分析等方法,分析失效机理。结果表明导向段磨损失效为某微小尖锐点造成针阀体工作面划痕而引起。进一步从加工、材料热处理等方面对微小尖锐点的来源进行研究,最终发现根本原因为原材料中形成的少量大块状的共晶碳化物,其局部尖点在针阀偶件工作过程中划伤针阀体。据此提出改进控制措施,改进后未出现相似失效现象,表明原因定位准确,改进措施有效。Aiming at a batch of failed needle valve couples,the failure mechanism is analyzed by macroscopic detection,SEM and EDS detection.The results show that the wear failure of the guide section is caused by some tiny sharp points on the working surface of the needle body.The source of the tiny sharp points is further studied from machining and heat treatment process,and it is finally found that the root cause is the formation of a small amount of large eutectic carbides in raw material,which caused local sharp points to scratch the needle valve body during the operation of the needle valve couples.Based on this,improvement measures are proposed.No similar failure phonemenon occurred after that,indicating that the cause is accurately identified and the improvement measures are effective.
