摘  要:转向系统是宽体矿车非常重要的一个构成部件,在矿车运行中会产生吸油以及排油的现象,再加上宽体矿用车在进行应用的过程当中,整体的作业时间比较长,很容易受到外界环境温度所产生的影响,所以整个转向系统在进行运转时比较容易出现转向沉重以及转向滞后等一系列的故障问题。而且转向系统本身的管路管径,包括相关的流量对于整个系统的运转也会造成一定的影响,因此在本文中主要针对宽体矿用车的转向系统的沉重问题进行相应地探讨,希望能够更好地为相关工作人员提供一定的帮助。The steering system is a very important component of a wide body mining vehicle.During the operation of the mining vehicle,there will be oil absorption and drainage phenomena.In addition,the wide body mining vehicle has a relatively long operating time and is easily affected by external environmental temperature.Therefore,the entire steering system is prone to a series of problems such as heavy steering and lagging steering during operation.Moreover,the pipeline diameter of the steering system itself,including the relevant flow rate,can also have a certain impact on the operation of the entire system.Therefore,in this study,we mainly focus on the heavy problem of the steering system of wide body mining vehicles,hoping to provide better assistance to relevant workers.
