摘 要:近年来,伴随着民航业的飞速发展,飞机维修业务增长迅猛。安全是民航业的生命线,飞机燃油系统的核心功能是储存燃油并供给发动机,保障飞机的安全、稳定运行。本文列举了燃油系统的常见故障现象,采用故障树分析法对飞机燃油系统进行故障诊断分析,通过构建故障树图将燃油系统的故障进行系统全面地梳理,同时结合燃油系统使用及维修专家所获取诊断的经验知识,对故障进行处理、分析、梳理、总结,形成故障诊断规则库,进而准确地判断燃油系统内产生的故障,并且通过该系统进行故障处理,保证飞机的正常运行。With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry,the workload of aircraft maintenance has increased rapidly.As a very important system on the aircraft,the performance of the aircraft fuel system directly affects the safety of flight.This article first analyzes common faults in the fuel system,and then conducts fault diagnosis analysis on the aircraft fuel system based on the fault tree analysis method.By constructing a fault tree diagram,the faults of the fuel system are comprehensively sorted out.At the same time,combined with the diagnostic experience and knowledge obtained by fuel system usage and maintenance experts,the faults are analyzed,processed,summarized,and a fault diagnosis rule library is established,Furthermore,accurately determine the faults that occur within the fuel system,and use this system for fault handling to ensure the normal operation of the aircraft.
