摘　　要：本文对船舶柴油机的组成结构、常见故障表现以及应注意的问题进行了详细介绍和分析。针对气缸套故障、滑动轴承故障、“三滤”故障和安全阀故障等常见故障问题,提出了相应的维修对策和预防措施,以保障船舶柴油机的正常运行和安全性。通过对船舶柴油机维修的问题及对策进行全面分析,有助于提高船舶柴油机的可靠性和使用寿命,确保船舶运输安全。This article provides a detailed introduction and analysis of the composition and structure,common fault manifestations,and issues to be noted of marine diesel engines.Corresponding maintenance and preventive measures have been proposed to address common problems such as cylinder liner failure,sliding bearing failure,"three filters"failure,and safety valve failure,in order to ensure the normal operation and safety of marine diesel engines.A comprehensive analysis of the maintenance problems and countermeasures of ship diesel engines can help improve the reliability and service life of ship diesel engines,and ensure the safety of ship transportation.
