摘　　要：随着社会对于油库安全的需求日益增加,以及油库数字化等相关技术的不断发展,成品油库安全管理正面临着新的挑战。文章从成品油库安全管理的现状出发,分析了在设备、安全制度、外包管理、人才建设、网络安全等方面存在的问题及其原因。针对这些问题,提出了相应的管理思路和解决对策。在政策和环保要求日益严格,以及数字化、信息化技术不断发展的新形势下,为成品油库安全管理工作的提升和完善提供有益的思路和参考。With the increasing demand for oil depot safety in society and the continuous development of related technologies such as depot digitization,the safety management of ref ined oil depots is facing new challenges.This paper starts from the current situation of safety management in ref ined oil depots and analyzes the problems and their causes in terms of equipment,safety systems,outsourcing management,talent development,and network security.Corresponding management ideas and solutions are proposed to address these issues.In the new situation of increasingly stringent policies and environmental protection requirements,as well as the continuous development of digitization and informatization technologies,this paper provides useful ideas and references for the improvement and ref inement of safety management in ref ined oil depots.
