大型炼化项目首次试车组织的经验和启示

摘　　要：大型炼化项目的首次试车是一项复杂的系统工程,应从总体试车方案的编制,做好扎实细致的开工准备工作以及科学统筹,将总体试车分解为各个关键阶段,严格控制好各关键阶段的试车工作,从而确保总体试车目标的实现。首次开工要点:生产准备人员应重点审查详细设计是否存在不足和漏项,提出改进建议并跟踪落实;编制科学合理的首次试车方案和试车网络非常关键;编制完善的装置开工方案及系统调度方案是试车成功的保障;退守方案尽量做到切实可行,对于大型新建装置首次开车是非常必要的。The f irst test run of a large-scale ref ining and chemical project is a complex system engineering,which should be based on the preparation of the overall test plan,solid and detailed preparatory work and scientif ic coordination,the overall test run is divided into each key stage,and the test run work in each key stage is strictly controlled,so as to ensure the realization of the overall test goal.Key points of the f irst start:production preparation personnel should focus on reviewing the detailed design for def iciencies and missing items,put forward improvement suggestions and follow up the implementation.It is very important to make scientif ic and reasonable f irst test scheme and test network.It is the guarantee of successful test to make a perfect plan of plant start-up and system scheduling.The retreat plan is as practical as possible,which is necessary for the f irst drive of a large new installation.
