摘　　要：化工原理作为化工类专业的基础课程,是联系基础课与专业课的桥梁,化工单元操作实训是化工原理理论课的延伸,在培养人才方面起着至关重要的作用,培养具有创新能力的应用型高层次工程技术人才才能适应社会多元化背景下对于人才的需求。本课程基于“知识、能力、价值塑造”的教学理念,以项目设计为主线,以实践能力培养为目标,通过整合教学内容,优化教学资源,完善评价机制等方式,优化化工单元操作实训的教学改革方案。在项目实践中,实训教学改革提升了学生将理论知识和实践教学联系的能力,培养了学生在工程实践能力方面的高阶思维以及工程素养,可为其他实训教学提供参考。Principles of chemical engineering,as a basic course for chemical engineering majors,is a bridge between basic courses and specialized courses.Chemical unit operation training is an extension of the theoretical course of principles of chemical engineering,which plays a vital role in cultivating talents.Only by cultivating innovative and applied high-level engineering and technical talents can we meet the demand for talents under the background of social diversif ication.This course is based on the teaching concept of“knowledge,ability and value shaping”,with project design as the principal line and practical ability training as the goal,and optimizes the teaching reform scheme of chemical unit operation training by integrating teaching content,optimizing teaching resources and perfecting evaluation mechanism,and so on.The practical training teaching reform has improved students’ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical teaching,and cultivated students’high-order thinking and engineering literacy in the process of project practice,which can provide reference for other practical teaching.
