摘 要:随着制药行业的快速发展,产品检验和质量管理在保障药品安全和有效性方面变得尤为重要。PDCA循环(策划-执行-检查-处理)作为一种有效的管理工具,能够帮助制药企业不断改进其质量管理体系。文章介绍了中小制药企业产品检验和质量管理过程,探讨了将PDCA循环结合多种管理工具应用于中小制药企业产品检验和质量管理之中的具体做法,进而提升产品质量和企业生产效率。同时结合PDCA循环的四个阶段,阐述了如何在中小制药企业的产品检验和质量管理体系中实施这一方法。With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,product inspection and quality management have become particularly important in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of drugs.The PDCA cycle(plan-do-check-act)is an effective management tool that can help pharmaceutical companies to continuously improve their quality management systems.This paper introduces the process of product inspection and quality management in small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises,and discusses the application of PDCA cycle combined with a variety of management tools in product inspection and quality management in small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises,so as to improve product quality and production eff iciency.Combined with the four stages of PDCA cycle,this paper expounds how to implement this method in the product inspection and quality management system of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises.
