摘  要:针对某炼化企业的常减压装置中的液环真空压缩机轴断裂故障问题,进行了一系列分析。这些分析包括了对断裂轴的宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相组织检查以及扫描电镜扫描等。分析结果显示,轴断裂的主要原因在于键槽根部存在应力集中现象,加之压缩机在较高负荷工况下持续运行,使得轴发生了疲劳断裂。此外,湿硫化氢的工作环境进一步加速了轴的腐蚀与断裂过程。基于上述发现,提出了针对性的改进措施,确保压缩机能够长期、安全、稳定地运行。A series of analyses were conducted on the shaft breakage fault of a liquid ring vacuum compressor in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a ref inery enterprise.These analyses encompassed macroscopic observation of the fractured shaft,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,metallographic examination,and scanning electron microscope(SEM)scanning.The analysis results revealed that the primary cause of shaft breakage was stress concentration at the root of the keyway,combined with the compressor’s continuous operation under high load conditions,leading to fatigue fracture of the shaft.Furthermore,the wet hydrogen sulf ide working environment exacerbated the corrosion and fracture process of the shaft.Based on these f indings,targeted improvement measures were proposed to ensure the long-term,safe,and stable operation of the compressor.
