摘  要:罗茨鼓风机的主要工作原理是空气经过气消声器进入罗茨鼓风机,机壳内布置主动、从动2个平行转子,其叶轮外形近似为“8”字,转子圆周相位差90°,叶轮之间要保证一定的啮合间隙,2个转子同步转动且转向相反,在叶轮和机壳的作用下,气体不断压缩由上部入口不断输送到底部出气口完成1个工作流程。为此,文章介绍了大连石化聚丙烯装置内的双叶罗茨风机结构特点,根据结构特点阐述了检修关键点的施工方法及施工的原因,并介绍了该类型风机平时运行过程中的故障及处理措施。The main working principle of Roots blower is that the air enters the Roots blower through the gas muffler,the shell is arranged in the active and driven two parallel rotors,the impeller shape is approximately“8”word,the rotor circumference phase difference of 90°,the impeller to ensure a certain mesh gap between the two rotors synchronously rotate and turn opposite,under the action of the impeller and the shell,The gas is continuously compressed from the upper inlet to the bottom outlet to complete a workflow.To this end,the paper introduces the structural characteristics of double-blade Roots fan in polypropylene unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company.According to the structural characteristics,the construction methods and reasons of the key points of maintenance are expounded,and the faults and treatment measures in the normal operation of this type of fan are introduced.
