摘　　要：循环流化床锅炉运行过程中,锅炉底灰系统容易出现炉膛进渣口及排渣管堵塞、螺旋冷渣器排渣温度高和螺旋冷渣器排渣管堵塞等问题。以某化工厂热电联产装置CFB锅炉曾出现过的问题案例为引入点,针对落渣管提出一些解决思路,为避免类似问题发生提供借鉴。During the operation of circulation fluidized bed boiler,some problems occurred,such as blocking of furnace slag inlet and outlet in the boiler ash system and high deslagging temperature and blocking in spiral ash cooler.Taking the CFB boiler in an IGCC plant as an example,this paper introduced some cases once occurred and presented some solutions to the slagging pipe in order to provide the reference to prevent similar problems happening again.
