摘　　要：介绍合成氨装置中林德深冷弛放气回收工艺流程,以装置实际运行中冷箱温度异常上升为例,从工艺、设备、仪表等方面分析排查事故产生的根本原因。针对换热器列管泄漏、氨含量在线分析仪故障等事故原因,实施对应的解决方案,成功消除了装置隐患。为预防同类问题再次发生,提出了优化操作及在线监控措施,确保装置平稳运行。Linde cryogenic purge gas recovery process in synthetic ammonia plant was introduced.Taking an example of abnormal temperature rise of the cold box in a practical plant,it's searched from process,equipment and instrument to find the fundamental reasons of the accidents,such as tube leakage in heat exchanger and failure of online ammonia content analyzer.Corresponding measures were taken to release the hidden troubles.To provent similar problems from happening again,the optimizing and on-line detection measures were presented to enable the stable operation.
