摘  要:煤灰熔融性是化工用煤的重要指标,对煤气化炉排渣与气化效率有显著影响。测定煤灰熔融性的分析操作复杂、过程耗时长,不利于及时指导生产。针对多年试验数据进行科学处理,拟合得到利用灰成分计算灰熔点流动温度的理论公式,并应用于单煤种、混配煤的灰熔点流动温度计算。数据表明,理论计算值与实测值偏差小于80℃,结果满意,公式的实际应用价值高。The fusibility of ash is an important index of coal used in chemical industry,which has a significant influence on the slag and gasification efficiency of coal gasification furnace.Standard method for determining the fusibility of coal ash is complicated and time-consuming,which is not conducive to guiding production in time.A theoretical formula for calculating ash flow temperature by using ash composition was obtained by scientific processing of large amount of experimental data,and it's applied to the calculation of flow temperature of single coal and mixed coal.The data shew that the deviation between the theoretically calculated value and the measured value was less than 80℃,indicating the formula has high practical application value.
